Jon is a seasoned business professional with nearly three decades of experience across multiple successful ventures. His journey began with a mere $170 in his pocket when he first arrived in the United States, driven by an unwavering work ethic and a passion for success. Jon worked his way up through the hospitality industry, achieving notable success managing teams and servicing clientele, including a significant tenure at PepsiCo.
Armed with education in entrepreneurship at New York University and in commercial real estate development at Cornell University, in 2019, Jon made a strategic pivot to real estate entrepreneurship. He leveraged this business acumen and deep understanding of potential, opportunity, and value in investments. Throughout the latest economic cycle, he has become adept at recognizing compelling investments and fully appreciates the value of capitalizing on the current opportunity set in commercial real estate.

Kerri Pacello is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in investment management, client relationship development, and strategic asset allocation. With a proven track record at prestigious firms like UBS, Kerri brings a wealth of knowledge in managing investment portfolios and delivering exceptional client service.
Having held senior roles that required a keen understanding of complex financial products, Kerri has developed strong expertise in hedge fund solutions and multi-asset strategies. Her career has been marked by a commitment to excellence, highlighted by her leadership as Executive Director and Investment Specialist at UBS, where she managed a diverse team and cultivated relationships with significant institutional and ultra high net worth clients. This extensive background in relationship management has honed her skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic partnership development.
As Kerri pivoted to launch Max Property LLC in 2019, she was thrilled to return to her roots and engage in real estate investing in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. Leveraging her deep investment acumen and strong client relationship skills, she will excel in marketing and investor relations for multi-unit residential and other commercial real estate properties. Kerri’s approach integrates her financial expertise with a client-focused mindset, ensuring that she effectively conveys the unique value propositions of Max Property to prospective and current investors. Her experience analyzing market trends and executing investment strategies will enable her to identify opportunities that create value for investors and tenant alike.
